It was really different!

The BBQ has been organized to celebrate Tim’s 50iest birthday. We were very warmly welcomed by everybody and after having some fun on the lake we could appreciate the pulled pork.

The preparation hasn’t been done on site but I had the chance to eat next to someone who originally came from Tennessee.

Tennessee barbecue is what many aficionados would call true Barbecue. It means a whole hog cooked low and slow over a banked pit. The meat is pulled or chopped into moist strands, dressed with some remaining « mop » (the vinegar-and-red-pepper basting sauce).

After that great dinner, some country music and a great firework over the lake, everybody went to bed.

We were very comfortable in our tent but we could also notice that we don’t have all the same definition of “Camping”
